Malina A. Roshan B.A. (Hons.), J.D., LL.M.

 

 

Malina Roshan received her Masters in Law (LL.M.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto, her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor and her Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A. (Hons.)) in Criminology, Political Science and French from the University of Toronto. 

 

Prior to opening her own practice, Malina worked at the Crown Attorney's Office, at a prominent law firm in Toronto, and clerked for a judge of the Ontario Court of Justice in family law.​

 

In addition to her private practice, Malina conducts criminal prosecutions for the Ministry of the Attorney General (Ontario) and has taught family law at Humber College.

 

While in law school, Malina received the Samia Rose Award in Legal Writing, and provided legal research to professors in the areas of child protection, child custody/access and spousal support. Furthermore, she spent her time at the Community Legal Aid Clinic, Family Law Information Clinic and a boutique family law firm.​

 

Malina is thorough, effective, and client-oriented. She regularly appears in court to ensure that the rights of her clients are defended.​

 

Malina is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.
